267 pounds
Never in my life did I ever want to stand on a scale and see that I weigh 267lbs. Or even better that I was over 270lbs. I have not been the skinny girl or the beautiful most popular girl growing up or anytime in my life. I am ok with that. I don't need to be a size 0 and have the "perfect" body and have all the guys drooling all over me. I have been happy with the way that my life has gone until the last three years hit. Now it is up to me to make things change and change for the better. I fight everyday with my weight. I try to eat the things that I am suppose to. I try to make sure that I am stay on tract with my weight loss goal and trying to keep myself out of surgery for as long as I can. Most of you already know that I have PCOS (Polycystic Ovarian syndrome). This is a condition where my ovaries produce cysts and do not function the way they should for a million different reasons it seems like. It also causes me to gain weight and have a hard time losing it because of the insulin retention and a bunch of other things. The doctors response to how to fix this is to put me on birth control or go through surgery again. After being on birth control and bleeding for a year straight, that is not an option that I am willing to take at this time. Surgery I am trying to stay away from for as long as possible. Most people would be freaking out trying to figure out what they are going to do next and how to go about doing it. I found this company that is based out of Colorado that gives you an all natural way of taking care of PCOS and the symptoms that it produces. Holy wow! a natural way to help straighten my body out that is exactly what I am looking for. I am tired of the drugs and the prescriptions that the doctors recommend, they end up masking the problems not fixing them. I am not saying that it wont work for somebody else. So please if you think that you have PCOS please speak with your doctor. Each person is different and the things that the doctors tried to give me may work on somebody else. My body is touchy about what I put into it drug wise that I have to be careful. Anyways back to the point I was trying to make this company gives me an all natural way to fight the effects and problems of PCOS. I stared this journey 2 weeks ago. There are 4 different bottles of pills that you have to take at different times of the day. I know that sounds like a lot and yes it can be a pain in the butt. I forget sometimes to take all of them. Since I started taking them I have started to feel better, I am not as worn out as I usually am and I have noticed I am not as depressed as I used to be. I actually want to get out of the house and go do things and not just want to sit at home and do nothing. Even when I am at home I am usually busy cleaning or cooking or helping out with homework. For me that is a big thing. For the last year or so I have not really wanted to do anything or go anywhere other then work (which who really wants to do that) or see anybody. I have hated that feeling because I know that is not who I am. So this product has really helped me get past that part of my problems. My next problem was the weight, it seemed like no matter what I did I was going up and down on the scale. It did not matter how much I ate or didn't eat, what ate or didn't eat, I was not able to lose the weight and keep it off. I would lose for a week or so and then I would gain it all back and then some. Since starting this product I have been able to lose 5 pounds and have kept it off. Even with the beer and junk food that I had on Saturday at the concert. My weight spiked on Sunday and after doing a three day cleanse to get that stuff out of my system I am happy to report the weight has come back off and is not coming back. When I say cleanse I am not talking about the type that empty your body of everything that is in it, just a safe detox drink that helps clean your kidneys, liver and other organs of the toxins that are in it. I have a long road to go with this being that the products take at least 6 months to a year to fully take care of the PCOS and reverse the symptoms that is causes, but I am happy to report that I am starting to feel better and look forward to losing the weight and getting healthy again.

Having problems
So I was doing the HCG diet and was losing a little bit of weight and thought things were going good. Then I hit a dead end and stopped losing. I spoke with the doctors and they were not happy with the way that things were going. So they changed my diet up again and took me off of the HCG. I tried the new diet and it just wasnt working the way they wanted it to. So the next step that was brought up was surgery. I am not the type of person who enjoys going through surgery. So I told the doctors that I wanted to try and do things on my own first, and if that did not work then I would do what they wanted me to do. I have now been doing things my way for about a week and a half and have dropped 4 pounds. I have some meds that I have to get ordered to help with the PCOS and once those come in and I can start taking them, the weight should come off more easily as long as I stick to the life style change of eating right. Making changes like this is never easy. But its something that I have to do to be able to be healthy and live a life thats worth living and not one that has me sick all the time.
I will keep you updated as it goes forward.:)

week one
Week one has been a struggle for me. We have been hurting financially so trying to get things bought that I need to do this has not been available. But I am making the best of it as I can. I have lost 3 pounds so far and am slowly working towards my goal. I know that things will get better here in a few weeks when we can afford to take care of certain things. Moving forward and making myself healthier and a better person overall is going to take time and strength and I feel I am doing well at keeping myself grounded and moving forward. I will keep you updated as I go.

Start over again
So I have started and stopped the HCG diet three times now. Something has always come up and I have given up on it. Having only 500 calories a day was not something that I could do while I was sick. So now that I am better and am on the road to recovery it is time for me to take care of me and lose this 123 lbs that needs to come off. Not very many people know until now that I currently weigh 263 pounds. So starting today that is going to change. I finally have the support in a positive way that I have been lacking the other times that I have tried this. I did not realize that there where specific needs that I had that were not being met and it was holding me back from accomplishing the things that I needed to accomplish for myself.
I will keep everyone updated and posted on how things are going.
